Oil paint is a whole different story, it allows the painter to blend and create without limits. This painting was triggered on a drive to Las Vegas. Above me was the biggest sky and the road felt endless. With the telephone poles and the wires just looming in the distance, I kept blending the colours and glazing over the sky to capture how I had felt. As if there is something so beautiful and so much larger than just us.
